The Wild West slot game theme has been growing in popularity for a number of years, and it has become a popular option for many. With a great range of popular titles using the slot theme, there is no wonder why this genre of slots has such a large audience. Another title which has been trending recently is Crazy Time Live, since its release in 2020 it has gained a large audience.
Heart of the Frontier
The slot game Heart of the Frontier features a unique Western slot theme that many players will appreciate. There are five reels in this title with a dynamic number of rows, depending on the symbols that land on the reels. Behind the reels, the player can see an old Wild West town with wooden buildings separated by a path through the middle.
Imagery that can be found on the base game symbols of Heart of the Frontier include different playing cards and poker chips, a horse’s shoe and a sheriff’s badge.
Three of the bonus symbols include a woman wearing a red dress, a Native American, and a Cowgirl.
Another bonus feature is the Heart of the Frontier symbol, which can be used to substitute for all symbols except for the bandit and sheriff wild symbols.
The Wild West slot game also includes expanding wild symbols that are represented by a sheriff and bandit. These symbols can expand to fill the reel when they land. The sheriff symbols lock in place when they expand and move one reel to the right at the start of every spin. Bandit symbols will lock when they expand and move one reel to the left at the start of every spin. If both of these symbols, the sheriff and bandit, appear on the reels together, the showdown-free game will be triggered.
Once triggered, the Showdown free games will have all bandit and sheriff wild symbols on the reel locked in place for all the free games. The wild symbols that land during the showdown free games will also lock in place for all of the remaining free games. Once the free games end, the showdown will begin. This means that any sheriffs and bandits on the reels will start a shootout, and the survivor will start on the reels when you return to the main game.
2 Wild 2 Die
The slot game 2 Wild 2 Die features a western cowboy slot theme. To the left of the reels, a cowgirl holding two revolvers can be seen with her coat blowing in the wind. And on the opposite side, a wooden building can be seen on fire. Animated smoke can be seen rising from the lively flames on top of the buildings. The actual reels of 2 Wild 2 Die feature a unique wooden board acting as the border and background of the slot game. On top of the reels, an aged wooden plank with cracks can be seen behind a withered title.
The symbols found on 2 Wild 2 Die range from different playing cards to different cowboy characters, revolvers and even an animal skull. All of these symbols feature an aged kind of art style that adds to the overall aesthetic of this title.
One of the bonus symbols on this title is called the silver and golden revolver symbol. These two symbols can appear on the reels with one to six bullets loaded in the revolver. The bullets will be fired at random positions on the reels, creating wild symbols. When more than one bullet hits a position, a random multiplier will be added. If a position is hit by a golden revolver, it will immediately become wild with the multiplier already attached to it.
A wild symbol can also be found on 2 Wild 2 Die, which is represented by a wild badge with yellow writing and a black circle outlining it. When three of these symbols land on the reels at the same time, the most wanted bonus feature will be triggered.
When the most wanted bonus feature is triggered, the game will transform, and only revolver symbols, reload symbols, and non-paying symbols will appear on the reels. There will also be six wanted posters displayed above the grid with multiplier symbols, and they can either multiply or add to the multiplier values in play. The possible values for the wanted posters are: 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x , 7x , 8x , 9x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 30x, 40x, 50x, 75x, 100x, 150x, 200x, 250x, or 500x. And the possible values for wanted posters with multiplying multipliers are 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, or 20x.
During this feature, the silver and golden revolver symbols can land with one to six bullets, and all of the bullets will be fired at the wanted posters. When a bullet hits a wanted poster, the value of the wanted poster will then be added or multiplied to the revolver’s total value. The silver revolver’s final value will be locked on the grid position where it originally landed, and it will stay here until the end of the feature. For the golden revolver, the value will be added to all the locked silver revolver values and reload symbols that are present on the grid at the time. It will then disappear in the next spin.
There will also be a reload symbol available, which can reload all of the silver revolvers with 1-6 new bullets. They will then be immediately fired.
